Return Policy

Return and Exchange Instructions:
Upon receiving the goods, you have a seven-day inspection period (including holidays), during which you can review, observe, and appreciate the product.

Please contact customer service within seven days of receiving the product to assist in confirming whether it is a defect in the product itself or a shipping issue. Requests made after this period will not be accepted (based on the delivery record of the logistics company, counting from the day the package is signed by yourself or the recipient). Provide information such as "Name," "Order Number," "Contact Phone," "Return Product Name," "Reason for Return," and include an unboxing video and photos. Customer service will assist you with the return or exchange process.

For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (preferences, unmet expectations, size mismatch, etc.), the buyer is responsible for the shipping fees. For returns or exchanges of defective items or incorrect products, the seller will bear the shipping costs.
To ensure fairness and protect the rights and interests of both buyers and sellers, please provide a complete and detailed unboxing video and photos with a description of defects. After confirmation by customer service, if the product is defective or incorrect, we will contact you for further details on the return or exchange process.

Definition of Defective Items:
  • Stains that cannot be removed over a large area
  • Severe thread detachment
  • Abnormal damage
Definition of Non-Defective Items:
  • Loose threads
  • Slight thread detachment
  • Slight fraying
  • Minor scratches
  • Minor glue residue
  • Deliberate damage or opening of the product
  • Stains caused by personal factors such as makeup
  • Abnormal use, washing, or wear
  • Damage or loss of outer box/bag

Seven-Day Inspection Period:
  1. The seven-day inspection period, as protected by consumer protection laws, is for your consideration and confirmation of whether the product meets your needs, not for product testing. 
  2. If the product has not had its tags cut, has not been used, and is not stained (except for product defects), it can be returned.
  3. Please keep the product in its original condition upon delivery (including the product, accessories, tags, packaging box/bag), and put it back into the original packaging box, without missing any accessories or causing any damage. The outer box/bag is part of the product; any loss, damage, or missing parts during return will affect your return rights.

Non-Returnable Items:
  1. Products with makeup stains or other intentional defects
  2. Abnormal trial use, washed, worn, with signs of use (such as perfume, body odor, smoke smell, etc.)
  3. Intimate clothing items (e.g., underwear, swimsuits, socks) are not eligible for return based on hygiene principles.
  4. According to consumer protection laws, personal hygiene items such as earrings (ear studs, piercings) are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
  5. Products with damaged or incomplete packaging, missing accessories, or cut tags
  6. Processed products, such as embroidery, cutting, printing, etc.
  7. Pre-order items or any items explicitly marked as non-returnable
  8. Malicious or large-scale returns, refusals
  9. Beyond the seven-day inspection period

Refund Process:
After confirming the accuracy of the returned product, the refund process will be completed within 30 working days.

International Returns:
The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. O83O is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable.

Allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.  We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
